3. How is the program course curriculum prepared? What does the program content include?

   Program course is prepared by a panel of Curriculum advisors who are employees of our company. In addition, the same gets reviewed by our clients who would like to tweak the curriculum to fit to their needs.

4. What is the duration of program?

   One year

5. What is the fee for this program? Can I pay in installments?

   The fee for this program is Rs.2,50,000. No installments for this program

6. Why is T4e program very expensive when compared with other programs in the market?

   Course prices include the cost of student course materials, tuition, lab charges as well as examination for industry certifications as per the company policies. The infrastructures are constantly upgraded and are equipped with Fiber internet, High Definition Video conferencing, full time security personnel, Cafeteria, Meeting rooms etc., etc., The infrastructure has 160 KVA generators to ensure 100% power back up and air condition.

7. How to get registered in this program?

8. What do I need to have to fill the enrollment on-line? Explain

   On-line enrollment is an easy and quick way to register your name in the course. Please provide a valid email id and contact number for us to contact you in 24 hours. Be advised that enrollment process does not qualify you to join the program. You must take entrance test at our offices before any process to occur.

9. Do you have any limit to the number of trainees in a batch?

   Our company policy for trainer : trainee ratio is 1:20 per batch. The industry average is 1:35. So, you know there is lot of attention on you and your performance.

10. How secured is the training lab?

    The lab entry is secured by finger print biometric access. The whole campus has 24X7 surveillance systems for safety and security reasons. In addition, there are security guards at the gate.

11. Will enrolling for this T4e program help me get job?

    IT development is an ongoing process and it is a global phenomenon that a gap exists between the demand and availability of IT professionals. The demand for IT professionals is growing much faster than many other economies. This is an excellent time to become an IT professional and get trained through T4e program.

12. Why should I do the program through T4e?

    T4e program is designed and developed based on inputs from the industry and global technological trends that we foresee based on international market research. The curriculum undergoes a detailed technology review every year to keep it constantly updated. The training program we have till date has imparted training for over 80 individuals in past couple of years. 60 of them are employed by our company. Currently 44 employees are still working for us. What else do you expect?

13. How does T4e ensure quality in its training delivery?

    All faculties at T4e are experience trainers in their area of expertise. The trainers receive additional Train-the-Trainer Program and undergo regular evaluation to ensure they meet the expectations of the company. T4e unique training delivery methodology has been designed to ensure learning experience by way of highly structured program.

14. Do I need to be know .Net to join .net developer trainee batch?

    Yes. Basic .Net knowledge will be an added advantage for programmer trainee

15. What skills do I need to know to join Tester trainee batch?

    Testing job requires someone with high thirst for quality output and ability to create out of the box. So, if you are a creative person with a passion for high quality , then testing is a good area for you. In general, a basic software testing skills would be sufficient.

16. Do I get on the job training? How many months of on the job training will be provided?

    Yes. In the one year training program 7 months of the training will be through on the job training.

17. How do I know this is the best training for my career?

    This training program is formed to shape you for the real global demand by having you work in real projects. It is clear that those who has the right skills are always progressing in their career.

18. Will T4E provides job after T4e training program?

    If you are ready! Software industry is completely driven by skills, competency and merit. If your performance is exceptional and matches the needs of our Organization, you will definitely be considered for our internal requirements as they open up. Don’t be surprised if you are absorbed by us before the end of the course.

    All depends on your attitude over a period of time, your quality orientation, initiatives, learning capability, technology skills, and aptitude. Only your performance and commitment towards the training can bring out possibilities for you to get a job individually. So it is important that you should have the skill and there is no substitute for that.

19. Why do I need training?

    Yes. You need it being a fresher! Software Industry has ample jobs but is facing a shortfall of professionals. The shortfall is not of Graduates but “The Graduates with the required Skill”, here skill not only refers to the technical knowledge but also the ability to perform a task or activity consistently & efficiently within a given time. The skills acquired during training are built on Technology up gradation, Practical Experience & Real World Exposure.
    
    As a fresher, the industry is difficult to get into. Unless you plan well & prepare for the same you are likely to face huge rejections & consequent frustration.

20. How is T4e is different from other training?

    The training program is not the usual training course. The program is designed to shape you for the software development organization and you will acquire skills for an entry level role in a software team.

21. Will you put me in real projects?

    Yes. We have lot of real time projects to deliver to serve our product, service and solution division. Currently, we don’t have enough bandwidth to deliver the projects. As we said, the main goal of T4E is to make sure you are ready for our needs and to the industry needs.

22. What is your evaluation process to accept a trainee for the program?

    Evaluation is based on a combination of skills – Attitude, Aptitude, Technical skills fundamentals and soft skills. Our expectation is to have you qualify only if you can get 80% in our test.
    
    There will be routine assessment and it also includes your performance in the project as well

23. I am trainee from out of station. Will I get stay benefits or stay assistance to attend the program if I am willing to pay for the expenses?

    We have several employees who are coming to work for us from out of town and state. Usually the staff will pool among themselves and find the right accommodation close to the office place. The company may be able to introduce to such staff members for a quick accommodation to you.

24. Will the company provide me commute facility to attend the training?

    No. Commuting to the office is available throughout the day by bus transportation.

25. Is the training fees refundable?

    No. The training fees is non refundable.

26. Can I leave the program after the training ?

    We don’t advise you to quit after the training since your real project work experience begins after the training sessions. However, if you are unable to avoid you have to meet the Training manager and get prior permission.

27. If I leave after the training? Will I atleast receive half of my fees?

    At any time for whatever the reason may be, the fees is non refundable.

28. What If I get a better offer during the stipend time? Can I quit.

    Yes. Please be advised once you leave the program you cannot join back in the same program.

29. Will I be trained in English skills and soft skills during my training?

    T4 E focuses on shaping you as a global resource. English is not trained exclusively however, you will learn quickly because it is a policy that everyone should communicate in English. Other soft skills like people management, team work etc., will be a part of your on the job training.

30. Will you allow work from home?

    No. Work from home is allowed only for full time employees and not for trainees.

31. How many days can I take off during the program?

    No more than 10 days during the program. Company may notify your family members if required during your absent days.

32. I have been told that I may be a part of the batch that might be working on tools and project for a specific client and the client is going to monitor my performance? Why?

    T4E is all about getting you employable. One of the unique value you receive in this program is our strategic initiatives with our clients could encourage our clients to work with a group to shape them for their needs, right from the on the job training duration. At the end of the program, you are one of the group members who are molded for the client needs and ready to work for them. The beauty is you don’t need to search for a job. You work in a job for a job that is waiting for you!

33. How many attempts will be provided for Microsoft certification?

    The company sponsors only for one attempt with prior authorization and approval. For ex:- you should complete MCAD for a programmer trainee or CSTE certification for tester trainee by end of the program

34. What are the criteria for obtaining employment in Ventech after completion of this program?

    *   Certification in your area of expertise
    *   High performance during your training
    *   Right employable attitude.
    

35. Will I be able use labs after my timings?

    Yes, if there is vacancy in the lab. For security reasons, T4E labs closes by 8PM and do not operate during the weekends.

36. Will my trainer be available after my training timings to clarify doubts and questions?

    Trainers work on a specified duration of timings in a day. However, most of them encourage the students reaching them at a mutual agreeable time frame after the office hours.

37. What should a student do in case of any operational issues relating to the program and product delivery?

    The Trainee can directly contact the trainer or the training coordinator for any assistance.
