My 3+ years in Ventech as a Senior Programmer has been very challenging and memorable with tremendous work satisfaction. Overview
- One year full time program.
- Months 1, 2, 3, 4 – Intensive Training in our world class facility.
- Month 5 – Industry Certification Preparation & Training
- Months 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 – On the job training with Real time projects
- During months 6 – 12 : Projects could also be directly provided by our parent company and/or other clients to make sure you get the experience of working on Projects of international standard, tools and environment before you get a FULL TIME JOB.
- At least 6 projects during month 7 - 12. Everyone is a leader, so everyone will be leading a project.
- HD video conferencing and communication training from US offices.
- Monthly Stipend during the job training
- Periodic Evaluation of Performance
- 20 students per batch.
